Virtual consultations allow you to work with me and pick my brain about wellness, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and how it can help you heal naturally. During this consultation, we gather a strategy to help you succeed in your wellness goals.

Schedule a reiki session with Reiki Master, Dr. Jordan Etters-Boyd. Reiki is a therapeutic energy healing technique used to align chakras and clear and balance energies.

Cupping: This is a therapy used to release muscle tension and tightness with suction or heated cups. It is also used to help move chest congestion.

Sound healing: Tuning forks and Sound bowls are used to help release negative resonance from the energetic field. It is a great treatment on its own or added to acupuncture, cupping, or reiki.

Doula services are provided at I Have A Point For That. Doulas are nonclinical birth workers who are trained to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to pregnant women & families in the prenatal, birth, and postpartum periods. For example, doulas may help create birth plans, advocate for pregnant women during prenatal appointments, and provide support such as breath work and massage during labor.
